1:30-Magic Kyoto Matcha Soufflé
  1. Take 2 ramekins (or porcelain coffee cups), brush insides with melted butter well. Pour in sugar, rotating ramekin to coat with sugar well. Pour out excess sugar. Set aside ramekins
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, using a whisk to whip-to-combine warm milk with organic agave syrup & Matcha latte mix, followed by salt & oil
  3. Stir in flour and baking powder, stir until smooth
  4. Divide the soufflé batter in prepared ramekins, highly tap onto counter.
  5. Put ramekins into center of your microwave and run for 1minute30seconds only!
  6. Remove from microwave, allow to stand for 30 seconds
  7. Serve immediately with some homemade Tea Squared Matcha Gelato or Matcha Tea Latte Sauce
  8. Enjoy with a hot cup of Tea-Squared Premium Tea or New Matcha Tea Latte!
