Instructions
Combine milk and organic agave syrup in a small sauce pan. Gently warm to 40C /140F
Stir in Ginger Matcha latte mix, followed by organic chia seeds.
Allow chia seeds to absorb the liquid, approx. 30 minutes, occasionally stirring the pudding as it cools
Portion/scoop chia parfait mix into glass or cup ware of your choice.
Wrap with plastic film. Set parfait into refrigerator for at least 4 hours, best over night
When ready to eat, top your parfait with a couple of dollops of fresh Greek yogurt (optional), and fresh fruit or seasonal berries as you like.
A total boost of healthy proteins and a blast of antioxidates – perfect for breakfast ( or even as dessert!)
