Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Matcha Latte mix
- 5 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Organic agave syrup
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 5 tbsp Milk, warmed
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil (or oil of choice)

Instructions
- Take 2 ramekins (or porcelain coffee cups), brush insides with melted butter well. Pour in sugar, rotating ramekin to coat with sugar well. Pour out excess sugar. Set aside ramekins
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, using a whisk to whip-to-combine warm milk with organic agave syrup & Matcha latte mix, followed by salt & oil
- Stir in flour and baking powder, stir until smooth
- Divide the soufflé batter in prepared ramekins, highly tap onto counter.
- Put ramekins into center of your microwave and run for 1minute30seconds only!
- Remove from microwave, allow to stand for 30 seconds
- Serve immediately with some homemade Tea Squared Matcha Gelato or Matcha Tea Latte Sauce
- Enjoy with a hot cup of Tea-Squared Premium Tea or New Matcha Tea Latte!
