Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup Organic agave syrup
- 3 tbsp Ginger Matcha Mix
- 1/3 cup Organic Chia Seeds
- 2 Mandarin Oranges or fruit of choice
- 1/2 Pint Fresh Raspberries
- 1-2 tbsp Greek Yogurt (Optional)

Instructions
- Combine milk and organic agave syrup in a small sauce pan. Gently warm to 40C /140F
- Stir in Ginger Matcha latte mix, followed by organic chia seeds.
- Allow chia seeds to absorb the liquid, approx. 30 minutes, occasionally stirring the pudding as it cools
- Portion/scoop chia parfait mix into glass or cup ware of your choice.
- Wrap with plastic film. Set parfait into refrigerator for at least 4 hours, best over night
- When ready to eat, top your parfait with a couple of dollops of fresh Greek yogurt (optional), and fresh fruit or seasonal berries as you like.
- A total boost of healthy proteins and a blast of antioxidates – perfect for breakfast ( or even as dessert!)
