Instructions
  1. Combine milk and organic agave syrup in a small sauce pan. Gently warm to 40C /140F
  2. Stir in Ginger Matcha latte mix, followed by organic chia seeds.
  3. Allow chia seeds to absorb the liquid, approx. 30 minutes, occasionally stirring the pudding as it cools
  4. Portion/scoop chia parfait mix into glass or cup ware of your choice.
  5. Wrap with plastic film. Set parfait into refrigerator for at least 4 hours, best over night
  6. When ready to eat, top your parfait with a couple of dollops of fresh Greek yogurt (optional), and fresh fruit or seasonal berries as you like.
  7. A total boost of healthy proteins and a blast of antioxidates – perfect for breakfast ( or even as dessert!)
